Please note that two packs of 10 Installation Clips and one set of 2 End Caps are included with 3 Click Rails. The clips (to be installed every 40cm) and end caps are required for installation. Screws and wall plugs are also needed. You can add them to your order separately or together in a complete Installation Kit.
Corner connector is needed if you are installing rails at 90-degree angles in or around corners. This connector works for both inside and outside corners.
You can purchase all items listed below together in an Installation Kit or add them separetely.
The Wires: Twister vs Solid Slider
Twister Wire can be connected anywhere along the rail whereas Solid Slider has to be inserted in from either side of a rail. They both work in the same way meaning you can slide them along the rail once they are installed. Twister Wire gives you more flexibility while Solid Slider provides increased security to your system as a wire cannot be removed from a rail easily. Both are available in 2mm perlon (transparent nylon) and 2mm steel (braided). Perlon wires can be cut to size if needed.
The Hooks: Self-locking vs screw-locking
All hooks and wires work together. Therefore you can combine them the way you want without the risk of incompatibility. The hook choice depends on your artwork weight and whether you prefer self- or screw-locking hooks. Self-locking hooks are positioned on a wire by pressing or squeezing them with your fingers. On release, they stay firmly in place. Screw-locking hooks are moved along a rail by releasing the screw and then tightening it back to secure them on a wire. To see the full range of hooks we offer, please click on the Hooks & Hangers section from the main menu at the top of the page.
