Return Policy
Are you unsatisfied with your order or you bought wrong items? That’s no problem because at the Picture Superstore you are entitled to return them within a 14-day period without giving any reason.
During this period you can use the product in a way that is reasonable in order to evaluate it. Products should be returned complete and undamaged.If you have used the product more than was necessary when trying out the product, we may charge you for this. We request that you return the product in the original packaging, as much as possible.
Returns service
Picture Superstore offers a returns service via UPS. We advise you to use this because the large parcel dimensions are too large for couriers other than UPS. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone if you wish to use this service. The UPS returns service will collect the parcel from you and will take care of the parcel’s return shipment. We advise that you use the original packaging as much as possible in order to guarantee product safety.
You will be liable to pay the costs of the return shipment. We estimate that these costs will amount to no more than £13.95. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed.
Returns via own courier
It is also possible to return your order using the courier service of your choice. If you use this option, we will not deduct the return costs from the reimbursed amount. We advise that you enclose the returns form within the parcel and use the original packaging as far as possible. You should send the parcel to the address below:

Conditions for returns
The withdrawal period elapses 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the transporter, received the product. If you have ordered various goods with different delivery times in one order, the withdrawal time elapses 14 days following the day on which you have received the last product or component.
You can return the ordered item(s) easily, but not exchange these. If you return an item or request that the contract is cancelled you will always receive the refunded amount within 14 working days. If you have seen another product that you would rather have instead, please place a new order.
If you return the order completely you will receive all payments, including any delivery costs for shipment, within 14 days. We will repay you using the same payment method with which you paid originally unless you agree on an alternative method with us.
