The Loop Hanging Wire is a versatile tool for securely hanging artwork on various types of rails, such as wooden or aluminium picture hanging systems. It features a 5mm tall loop that is held in place by an aluminium clamp. With a diameter of 2mm, this ARTITEQ Wire is capable of supporting weights up to 20kg, making it suitable for a wide range of hanging needs.

Why steel wire?

The ARTITEQ Loop Hanging Wire comes in various lengths to accommodate different picture hanging systems. If the wire is too long, it can be easily trimmed with scissors. Additionally, if you need a longer wire in the future, you can coil it and attach it to the back of your frame. The wire has a diameter of 2mm and is ideal for hanging artwork weighing up to 20kg. For larger or heavier art pieces, we recommend using two wires per frame to enhance stability and double the maximum weight limit to 40kg. Using two wires also makes it easier to level your artwork horizontally.
